iPhone (iOS Camera)
- Open the Camera app (rear camera).
- Hold your phone flat, 6–10 inches from the QR — fill the frame.
- Wait for focus, then tap the yellow link banner at the bottom.
- Nothing showing? Settings → Camera → turn on Scan QR Codes, add more light, try again.
Android (Camera or Google Lens)
- Open the Camera app and hover over the QR — tap the link chip.
- No chip? Open Google Lens (Google app / Photos / Assistant) and point it at the code.
- Or long-press the QR in a screenshot / photo → Search with Google Lens.
If it still won't scan
- Improve lighting — avoid glare on paper or screen.
- Hold steady until the camera focuses.
- Zoom out so the full square (including the white border) is in frame.
- Scanning a screenshot? Open it full-screen on another phone first.
