The Firefighters Care Foundation ("FCF," "we," "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 41-3310497). These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our website and related services.

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access it through automated means that place unreasonable load on our systems, or misuse content or trademarks displayed here.

All donations to the Firefighters Care Foundation are voluntary and, to the extent allowed by law, tax deductible. Donations and Guardian Program payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or in cases of clear processing error — please email us to request a review.

Guardian benefits and merchandise items are provided as available. We reserve the right to adjust benefits, tiers, and rewards over time; material changes will be communicated to active Guardians.

Our online store is operated by a third-party partner. Orders, shipping, returns, and customer service for merchandise are governed by that partner's terms. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers subject to their own agreements.

The Firefighters Care Foundation name, badge, logo, and site content are owned by FCF or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firefighters Care Foundation and its officers, volunteers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
