• Contact details you provide voluntarily — such as name, email address, and message content — when you email us, sign up for the Guardian Program, or complete a form.
• Donation and membership details processed by our third-party payment and merchandise partners. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
• Basic technical data that your browser sends automatically, such as device type, general location, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and functional.

• To respond to inquiries and follow up on requests.
• To process donations, memberships, and merchandise orders.
• To send occasional updates about foundation outings and events to Guardians who have opted in.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with service providers that help us operate the foundation — for example, payment processors and our merchandise partner — and only as needed to deliver those services or comply with the law.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from Guardian emails at any time.

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
