The Firefighters Care Foundation ("FCF," "we," "us") is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 41-3310497). This policy describes what information we collect through our website and programs, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with service providers that help us operate the foundation — for example, payment processors and our merchandise partner — and only as needed to deliver those services or comply with the law.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet our recordkeeping obligations as a nonprofit, or as required by law.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. You can unsubscribe from Guardian emails at any time.
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
